  Been to this place two years in a row (and even twice this year!) and it's always just as delicious. You have plenty of food, all you can eat: homemade pea soup (some of the best I've had yet), meatballs in gravy, really thick bacon, ham, eggs, maple sausages, meatpie (yum!!!), potatoes.... and their homemade ketchup is also worth mentioning. The service at the table is quick and friendly. Be aware if you come on the weekends that they are very strict about reservations, you must be there right on time, they will cancel it if you are more than 10-15 minutes late - that is understandable considering how incredibly busy they are. You can buy all their products and even frozen meat or fruit pies at their store, walk around the orchard, lots of space for the kids. All around great experience, I'll be back next year for sure!! :)

  The only type of AYCE i'd be willing to go to with quality traditional Quebecois food and super friendly staff.

  My first sugar shack experience and was not disappointed. Ham, meatballs, pork rind and bacon, eggs and much more. The only downside is the crowds. Also it is essential to book and not be late for allocated time. Service was attentive and friendly too.
