  We had made a reservation for 1:30 for 6 people, and all 6 of us were there by 1:15. Yet after buying our tickets, we were told we had to wait in line. Then, we noticed there were 2 different lines; with reservation or without (which were not explicitly identified btw). To our surprise, by 1:45 they made the entire "no reservation" line go in (around 40 people!) We asked the man working there if we were in the correct line, and he said yes! He told us we had to wait another 20 minutes. Finally, we went in at around 2:10. So we had to wait for 40 minutes while we could have been eating at least 20 minutes earlier if we had not reserved. That is absolutely ridiculous. Also, nobody even checked what our name or reservation number was, to see if we actually had reserved or not! Otherwise, the food was OK for the price, the waitress was nice but could not speak English so I had to translate for our tourist friends. The horse ride was an additional fee of 3$ which was really overrated since it barely lasted 5 minutes and included no explanation of what we were seeing. Definitely not going back.

  The food is nothing special. The desserts were very good though. The kids enjoyed the playground and slay ride.

  Worst food in the world. The eggs made me lose my appetite. The dessert was dry. The potatoes had no taste. The plates and cups where dirty. This is the worst cabanne a sucre i have ever been to and is a disgrace to Qubecois food.
